Licensing & Usage
We use dual licensing model.
Our WordPress themes (.php files) are released under the GNU Public License version 2.0.
Theme support is available only to paid members via our support system. You will get access to our support system immediately after purchasing one of our themes. Most support threads will be handled in the GMT timezone; Monday to Friday from 09:00am to 9:00pm. We also take occasional leaves at public holidays and other such events during which support will be slower than usual.
Images used in the featured sliders, the logo images and background photos are provided to demonstrate the theme. They are not part of the theme and can’t be used in your live site.
Payment & Delivery
After your payment has been made and we successfully received the transaction, you will get access to your purchased theme immediately.
Since FlexiThemes is offering non-tangible and irrevocable digital products, we do NOT issue refunds after a purchase is made. If there is a problem with one of the digital download products or if you experience any difficulty with the download, we will fix the problem.
Themes Ownership and Sponsored Links
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. FlexiThemes.com reserves the rights to:
- Offer to its users paid and links free versions of the themes, released as free and contain sponsored links.

Value added Tax (VAT) for EU Customers
Like all EU businesses, FlexiThemes.com (Neteri ltd)’s invoicing and VAT handling is governed by EU law:
- Customers from non-EU countries will not be charged VAT.
- All customers from Bulgaria will be charged VAT (DDS).
- Private customers from EU countries will be charged VAT.
- Business customers from EU countries will not be charged VAT. They must provide their VAT identification number to avoid VAT being added to the invoice. According to article 196, 205 of VAT directive 2006/112/EC these services are taxed in the country where the customer resides rather than where the supplier is located. VAT will be accounted for by the customer under the reverse charge (self-assessment) mechanism.
